Phoenix’s Banking Smart Forms

Phoenix’s Banking Smart Forms are Portable Document Format (PDF) converted from non-interactive documents to interactive and dynamic documents using Adobe Lifecycle.  They retain the look, feel and content of the original paper-based or electronic version.  Smart Forms can reach a wide banking customers as they are accessed using the free and ubiquitous Adobe Reader. The Bar Code features are embedded into the form for ease of input/retrieval at any platform. 

Currently the majority of Banking PDF forms are non-interactive and as a result customers must print the document, complete it by hand, and either fax or mail it back to the owner/agency.

Smart Forms complement the existing advantages of PDF and add value with the following features.  Users are able to:

• Complete a form online or offline using the free Adobe Reader application
• Fill out, save and annotate a form
• Submit a form online or by email and with attachments if required
• Save a form with data to a personal computer as an electronic record
• Sign a form with a digital signature.
• Bilingual / multilingual facility

In spite of Phoenix's products of high adaptability, customization of the base software solutions may be necessary. As a rule we offer the client a number of standard options, but if none of these options is suitable for the client, they may opt for customization in accordance with their functional requirements.
